How do I sign up?
Easy, straight through the website, app or in the store. Memberships have a limited availability. If the location is sold out, please join the waitlist for the next available spot.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked on the app or the website. Book Now Here
How do I pay?
If you are on a membership, your payment method will be saved on file and automatically charged. Otherwise, we accept any form of cashless payment. You can tip in cash though!
Do you accept walk-ins?
You bet, but we encourage appointments. Some of the days fill up, and we may have a longer than usual wait. But, swing by and enjoy a drink and snacks in our lounge. You'll still need to register within our app, but we keep it simple.
Are the haircuts really unlimited?
Yes, no catch!
Do I still tip if I have a membership?
Although tipping is never mandatory, it is customary and a valuable part of a barber's income. We appreciate the generosity!
How do I cancel a membership?
Memberships can be cancelled at any time in your account or by emailing us at hello@clubcuts.com. We do not offer refunds for memberships, but they can be cancelled immediately without penalty. Just let us know in writing and include your name, phone, and email on your account. Please review the terms of service here.
Is there a contract?
Nope! There is not a contract required. You can cancel anytime, but we hope you stay for a while!
What's the phone number to reach a store?
Inside of a ClubCuts, you are not presented with a traditional receptionist. Our booking process is so simple, that we decided to make it self-service. Because of that, we don't have a live person answering phones. You can reach us by email or by text if you reply to the number we send messages from.
